Kevin and Nicolle had heard the advertisements for The Total Transformation Program on the radio all the time. But they never thought they’d need it…until Kevin’s daughter, Casey, came to live with them. Suddenly, they found themselves faced with their teenager’s defiance, disrespect and sometimes even verbal abuse. They found themselves in constant arguments over things like household chores and curfew.  So one day when Kevin heard the ad on satellite radio, he pulled over, wrote down the number and ordered The Total Transformation.

They began listening to the program immediately and knew right away it was going to help. “I never fully appreciated the fact that it was lack of problem-solving skills that was causing a lot of the issues,” says Kevin. “That’s when the light bulb really went on.”

Through The Total Transformation, Kevin and Nicolle have learned to coach Casey on how to solve her problems appropriately instead of acting out. “There’s no more yelling. There’s no more arguments. Getting her to do her chores is no longer a difficult task. She knows what’s expected of her, and she does it. There’s no more of her being verbally abusive to us. That has gone totally. We’ve seen an incredible improvement in her schoolwork. I can’t tell you how proud we are of her.”
